Add a property named XmlEscapeXPathsFile that allows an individual deployment project to override the Deployment Framework-provided default AdapterXPaths.txt, used when ApplyXmlEscape is True.  This file contains a list of XPath statements used to re-encode nested XML fragments in a bindings file.
