iis reset

after deployment i am getting message

  iisreset.exe /noforce /restart /timeout:60 
  Attempting stop... 
  Internet services successfully stopped 
  Attempting start... 
  Internet services successfully restarted

here it is restarting iis, where i am not doing anything to iis and i don't want it to restart every time when it deploys. where should i specify this setting,

Add an MSBuild property <SkipIisReset>true</SkipIisReset>.

thanks for your help. there is one more entry which deploys BTSNTSvc.exe.config. although we are not changing anything to it and i don't want it to deploy everytime. i tried to find out the enrty which will say do not deploy it can you please help me with that.

we are changing BTSNTSvc.exe.config in other application and would like to deploy that as diferent package how we can do that?

Assuming that you have not overridden UseIsolatedAppDomain to true (default is false), then the only thing it is doing with BTSNTSvc.exe.config is adding the default XML (Xlangs section) that allows you to configure the ValidateAssemblies, ValidateSchemas, ValidateCorrelations and ExtendedLogging attributes (all of which default to false).  It won't destroy any existing configuration.  Do you still see it as an issue?
