I want to populate values in the binding file based on the Environment Name from the settings file ..

for e.g If I am in production i should populate certain schema value while if i am in QA or other env i should put in some other value

If enviroment_name== production

schema = A1.xsd....

else

schema=A2.xsd

I am not sure how to read the enviroment_name inside the binding file...

There are columns in the settings spreadsheet for each environment.  If you want a different value for each environment, then on a new row, put a title in the first column and the environment-specific name of each xsd file in the appropriate environment column.  Then replace the XSD name in the bindings file with ${TheSettingName} using the name you put in the first column.
