I'm bringing BTDF to yet another client. They have a system I've never seen before. They have about 10 solutions, all pointing to the same Application. I've never seen anybody do anything like that before.
I think their desire was to be able to just deploy one schema or one map without having to redeploy the entire Application.
My recommendation is to put all projects in one solution, and then offering:
1) BTDF is fast and safe to redeploy the entire application
2) Or just GAC the ones if for some reason a small map change is done.
1) One big solution with separate projects
Question: If we go with this approach, can I put more than one <Schemas> section?
Looks like yes, I love your new doc. It says: "Repeating: 1 or more elements" under the <Schemas> descriptiion.
2) One solution, drop the other projects, and combine all schemas into one project.
Any other ideas?
