MSI Deploy to Two Servers - not GAC'ing on one

Did our first BTDF MSI deploy last night for this particular client.
One one of the two servers, where the MSI was run without clicking the check box at the end... it installed the files in the directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\MyApp_All_BizTalk for BizTalk\1.0, but they were not put in the GAC. The other server was okay. So first time we did a test we got an error that the .DLLs/assemblies could not be loaded.

We did a get-around by importing the assemblies into app in the BTADMIN-Console and checking the overwrite and GAC checkboxes.

Any idea what I might have forgotten or done wrong without sending the whole set of files?

I think problem here was there are two screens with "checkboxes".
I mistook the checkbox that said "Start deploying to BizTalk when I finish" with the one that says "This is the LAST server in the BizTalk Group".
I didn't check the first one, which is necessary for the GacUtil to run.
