FYI - just in case anybody encounters this.

I changed

This will cause the application to be called YourProjectName instead of YourProjectName_1_0.

You must delete your old application (YourProjectName_1_0) before you redeploy your new application (YourProjectName) , else you might get this error:

Information: Adding resource (-Type="System.BizTalk:BizTalkAssembly" -Luid="TFBIC.RCT.BizTalk.Schemas, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=d986eee678cd1eb7") to application "TFBIC.RCT.BizTalk"...

  1) Use BTSTask's overwrite flag or
  2) Set redeploy flag to true in BizTalk Project or
  3) Click overwrite all checkbox in Admin MMC
to update if the resource exists in the specified target application "TFBIC.RCT.BizTalk".
Overwrite flag will be ignored if the resource is associated with another application.
Command failed with 1 errors, 0 warnings.

This is because my schema already was deployed under the old application name.  (The same error might occur during your first deploy if you have your application deployed under some name other than your project name).
